tried repetedly to get this done, but although it comes up with the paypal logo all I get is a message telling me thet paypal is not an autorized method of payment, I am more than little reluctant to just give my credit card details

Thanks MB, the 2 years was for those that funded Carpe before the new subscription system came about. If you are one of these then please lettuce snow and I'll update yer membership.

Now today (Mar 20th) is the last day of my paid sub... I may find a change tomorrow... If I don't is there a back-up?

Went as far as the Pay RIP OFF Pal site and put in me details then it comes back ERROR saying it wants the three digit number off back of card !!! BIG prob there cuz there aint no box t'put that bludy numba into
Typical of Pay bleedin Pal, I hate it!!!!!
Will try again next year, tried last year as well but then it did'nt want to know my card (since been changed).
Just thought I ought give something back

Dapleb,,,I'll try again in a few days.
I know from lots of past experience that paypal IS crap.

I try never to use it, I once got ripped off for £600 through it. Eventualy got it back but it gave me a £75 charge on my bank account which they would'nt refund.

Is there no other payment methods carpe could use via the intersqet?
