I don't see the advantage, it's almost as wide as a car, It must have some weight in it too, all of which is far back and high up [Image: blink.gif]
I don't think that was in the USA. Sounds like it would work well, if you had to get thru stopped traffic to get a stalled car out of the way. Here in California we've got these mini tow trucks ... bigger than a van but smaller than a conventional tow truck. They roam the freeways during commute hours and wait on the side of the road to get wrecks out of the way quickly.

I believe it was Sweden.... look at the plates, and on the side of the 'thing' it says Vag Assistans (with a .. over the A in Vag. (Also the website blurb at the end ended with .se)

This is in Sweden. Look Goldwing-retriever.

The advantage is that in heavy traffic it is easier for small motorcycle to get to the right place.
