Sounds like it would work well, if you had to get thru stopped traffic to get a stalled car out of the way. Here in California we've got these mini tow trucks ... bigger than a van but smaller than a conventional tow truck. They roam the freeways during commute hours and wait on the side of the road to get wrecks out of the way quickly.
