<{POST_SNAPBACK}><!--quotec-->I'm in the need of a new pair of goggles (after I forgot to put the last pair on after my lid, and ran them over DOH).
Anyway, I've got my prescription and was thinking about getting the glasses online.
Anyone had any experience of any of the online places.
Anywhere to avoid / places to use?!
Thanks in advance.

A few years back I got some cycling glasses online as specsavers/dollonds and aitchison did not do cycling goggles in shop. They arrived and fitted well but never felt optically correct.
I sent them back and theye were replaced but still did not feel right even though the prescription was then correct. I think the problem was they were never fitted to my pupil spacings as they do in the shop.
I have now got a pair of prescrition cycling glasses from dollonds ( they do them now) and they are fine. Advantage is that on a push bike they fit your face snugly so, with dropped bars, you still look up, but through the glasses.
IMO Best to get them fitted in the shop
