The Irish forecasters at met eireann are usually fairly accurate

3 Day Outlook

The pattern of unsettled weather will continue into the weekend and early next week. Rain will spread northwards to all regions of the country on Friday night. Saturday will be a dull and overcast day, with widespread rain, heavy at times, especially in the southeast of the country. It will be cool on Saturday with temperatures in the low to mid-teens, in a fresh north to northeast wind. A similar picture on Sunday, with more widespread rain, and some heavy downpours, and again it will feel quite cold in the moderate northerly winds. Monday looks set to be a showery day, with some bright spells of sunshine in the north and west of the country. It will still feel fresh in the north to northeast winds.

No Worries, Can you fly a kite on the beach in the rain?
More importantly, Can you drink Guinness in the rain?

Towel provided.

Everyone who was due to arrive today has arrived safely (Chris G was last in at about 11.20pm) and we all met up in Ned's for dinner and a feed of pints - some are still feeding as I write this. If it all goes as well as tonight we are in for a grand time. Meeting tomorrow at midday for a gentle bimble around the Dingle Peninsula with coffee and chocolate cake mid way.

Doin valve clearances? Use dappers valve shim exchange program and the job will be carroty - Free (other than you postin me yer shims) for sporting members.
The Dinghy stays. It's mine and I want it.
You might want to pack a few more pairs of socks though Martin

Indeed Chris, I was well into Tony's sock supply by Saturday.
there are 2 approaches to clothing during tours
1) take 2 of everything and wash 1 set when the other set smells too badly or trys to walk away
2) the other is take 1.5x days of daily essentials, ie 6days touring is 9pairs of socks, boxers, tshirts and 2 of everything else (fleece, jeans etc)
