TDM Group test in the MCN

Sat down and read the report in the "comic" after my tea (no cakes sadly ). As TDMTAM says; usual MCN Triumph/Ducati bias. They seem to be complaining that the 900 twin doesn't go as well as the 1050, 1100 and 1200 cc bikes. Surprised?
They also trot out the old "jack of all trades, master of none" cliché. Personally I don't want a bike that excels at one activity, but is compromised in all the other uses I can put a bike to.
A final stoopid critisism is that the TDM is nearly as heavy as the BMW. They rather neglect to mention though that it's the lightest of the 4 bikes being tested. You'd think that if they wanted to critisise a bike for being nearly as heavy as the BMW, then they'd make it the next heaviest bike - the Triumph.
