Nearly lost the entire shim collection this way, and as for it being insured.....only if you can prove the purchase price (not as they say value), which luckily the OP can. For my shims I had to dance like a monkey to get them to pay for the goods stolen by their employee(s) despite sending all the requested paperwork...and then resending scans as the originals were "lost".<!--QuoteEnd--><!--QuoteEEnd-->
