Possible Hydraulic Clutch Conversion
As it says above - your thoughts please regarding suitability / feasability after some slight modification (bearting in mind my limp 9er wrists) .......

I looked at doing similar and got hold of a similar ram and a hydraulic master cylinder but those rams need a big bore mc to get enough stroke, I fitted a new cable and realised I didn't need it, hadn't banked on just how buggered the cable was just assumed it had a heavy clutch.
Current toys: '99 XT600E, 2000 4TX, '82 Princess 30DS (where the username comes from), No longer a '03 Fazer thou.

What about extending the clutch release lever, down  on the clutch cover ?

It would reduce the range of useful movement, but require less torque
