Does anyone know what parts are interchangeable between 850 mk1/mk2 and 900 ?
Have looked all over this site and the web but there's no precise details. Would it be an idea to start a link for this ? Only thing I did find was for cables but the Super Tenere is of same design so would some of its parts fit ?
Like; Yamaha Fazer & R1 front wheels will fit 900, Suzuki(will let you know model) clutch lever is the same, Radiators are all interchangeable as far as I can tell?? Will all 'Blue Spot' calipers fit??

Been looking into this and found the TRX(96-99) rear sprocket will fit TDM900(02-04) giving 39 teeth instead of 42 better cruising/lower revs/petrol saving mode!!!!
Also front pads on 900 same as R1,R6,Fazer 600,Thundercat 600,XJR1300
Will keep looking for more interchangeable parts when I get time.
????? will R1 upside-down forks fit ????

As Dandy found out, they may have the same part number, but it is possible that they are different thicknesses and will not fit in the 900 calipers.
