Parts Interchangeability - bof69 - 26-11-2006 Does anyone know what parts are interchangeable between 850 mk1/mk2 and 900 ? Have looked all over this site and the web but there's no precise details. Would it be an idea to start a link for this ? Only thing I did find was for cables but the Super Tenere is of same design so would some of its parts fit ? Like; Yamaha Fazer & R1 front wheels will fit 900, Suzuki(will let you know model) clutch lever is the same, Radiators are all interchangeable as far as I can tell?? Will all 'Blue Spot' calipers fit?? Parts Interchangeability - bof69 - 27-11-2006 Been looking into this and found the TRX(96-99) rear sprocket will fit TDM900(02-04) giving 39 teeth instead of 42 better cruising/lower revs/petrol saving mode!!!! Also front pads on 900 same as R1,R6,Fazer 600,Thundercat 600,XJR1300 Will keep looking for more interchangeable parts when I get time. ????? will R1 upside-down forks fit ???? Oh yea asked a mate at Lucas, he rekons that the thicknesses are all the same on my Tdm/other yams part numbers. Were the pistons pushed right back in?
