Sold My Tdm
I purchased my first TDM; a red Mk1 850 in January 1993, I bought a TDM900 in 2003, then another 900 around 5 years ago.  It left my place for the last time last Thursday (I've bought an R1250RS BMW and was told that 4 bikes was too many, one had to be sold.  I put two of the bikes up for the market to decide and the TDM went).  The K100RT might still go as well.  The good news is that the bike looks like it has gone to a new caring owner (Brad from Blayney) that looks like he will enjoy and it and give it the care it needs.  6 Yamahas in my bike history and 3 of them were TDMs (also TX500, XT550 and XJ900)

As a result this is probably my last posting to Carpe, it's unlikely I'll buy another now.  It really is one of the best forums and I have enjoyed my time here.

PS I've seen two other TDM900s around Bathurst where I live now, one Red, one Black.  Hello to you if you are a Carpe member.

So long, farewell, Auf Wiedersehen, goodbye

You'll be back Al, no one escapes that easily.

Enjoy the new ride even if it is a BMFW.
