So, can anyone give me an idiots guide as to how I transfer my icloud photos (storage full) to my unlimited Amazon prime unlimited storage? I can't even seem to see the photos that are filling this storage, there are only 35 photos available on my ipad! I've followed all the procedures that googling it gives, but nada!
The Blue One : 2004 model owned 2010-2018 much loved, much missed and now living with a man in Scotland Spain.
The Black One : 2010 Model Registered 2013 owned 2018 - present .Beowulf Cans. Renthal 755s Grip Puppies,15w fork oil,DL650 handguards ,givi engine bars ,led spotlights,gipro gear indicator, shortened dogbones, LeeHenty CSM kit and stainless bits, Topsellerie seat,MRA Xcreen,.PC III (dynoed). K&N airfilter,Fenda extenda. Lots of stainless/titanium.

Do you have PC also? Â You can login to your iCloud account and view whats "in the cloud" to see where the storage is being taken up.
If you have photos in the cloud and thumbnails of them on your iPad then I think you'll need to download them first before you can push them up to Amazon.

Unfortunately Apple lock you in somewhat, so it's a little difficult to get break out once you're in the "walled garden"

Hi Adam , yes it's telling me 4.82 gb of photos of 5.

If you've got enough space you should be able to get all photos in iCloud locally on iPad, then you can use the Prime Photos app to upload into Amazon.
If you don't have enough space on the iPad then you'll need a PC/Mac to download the iCloud photos and then upload them to Amazon that way - then moving forward use the Prime Photo app on your iPad to upload.

You will have to manage the local photos on iPad once using Amazon, as it doesn't delete anything locally.

There is an app. I have it on my phone. You just press the app icon and it does it all. Can't do a link not getting enough signal prob.
just search for "prime photos" in the app store

That'll work for all new photos, but if there are any that are only in the "i" cloud & not local on the phone/pad then it won't capture them...
You need them all local on the device to then upload to Amazon
