Hello
Hello,

Just thought I'd take a couple of minutes to introduce myself.

As most of you have probably read in alunl's message I am the new proud owner of his old bike.

The TDM is the second bike that I've had the pleasure of owning, the first a silver SV650 K3. The SV was a great bike to learn to ride on and after two years i'm ready to move on.

I've had the pleasure of meeting a few of you on a ride to Swansea during 05 (i think it was 05, it's been a busy couple of years).

Here's to the TDM bringing hours of fun.

Matt
Welcome Matt,

TDM is a near perfect bike, just be careful in the beginning as a slow turn around they suddenly get top heavy.

Yes the gearbox is 'supposed' to clunk going into low gears (synth oil seemed to reduce it in mine)

A well ridden TDM will spank a sportbike in the twisties. [Image: yahoo.gif]

In the 'Admin' section is a post with a link to the read-only posts from the previous Carpe site.
