This is just to get an idea of how many there might be.
yes I will be at the RTT09
means the only reason for you not to join will be the choice of destination not suiting you for certain reasons.
I sure would like to but ...
you want to, but its unlikely you can make it
not going to make it
100% you are not going to be at the RTT09

I'm not sure what the point of this poll is (although I voted anyway!). It might be difficult for most to commit to taking their holidays to coincide with the RTT without knowing any dates. People's circumstances may change over the course of the next 8 or 9 months. How will having numbers willing to go help choosing where or when to go which, in IMHO, is what matters?

I still think the Dordoigne would be a goer - not too much travelling fron Blighty. Thinking of taking the TDM on a trailer behind the Bongo and heading off from the RTT somewhere for a few weeks.
I could get a 3 bike trailer and put some more on from the norf - save a bit of tyre wear.............

Agreed.
Would it just be an independent invasion by Carpe or would it be worth notifying Ouestlekeum (the French TDM club) so that visitors might drop by? (Would be too much to invite a joint meeting - it's a big club)

Right. Now the conditions have been met for a meaningful poll. We have a date and two possible destinations. ynottony has offered to organise the Dolomites and I offer to organise the Dordogne (I'm a mug!).

Wanna see if the French club has any Perigordien member(s) to help local route planning?

Perigord sounds great to me : nice place, beautifull lanscapes, good food, great wine...
July is OK but it may be crowdy.
May give help if needed.
The french forum meeting is planned in june, no place is scheduled so far.
