Stinky Bike Cover
Hi All,
My Bike lives outside under a cover and when I use the bike I have to leave the cover in my flat. Can anyone tell me how to prevent the local cat population from peeing over my cover as I am finding the flat is not over welcoming on my return.

A neighbour offered the loan of his Alsation but it refused to work nights which is when the dirty deed takes place.

How about one of these?
under that cover which the bike has heated is a nice safe dry area for the moggy, it prolly has a piss when it wakes up in the morning
get one of those nerf baseball bats, the foam kind and sneak out there in the middle of the night and batter any spaces under the cover
the cat wont forget it, you'll get ur aggression out and the foam bat wont damage your bike

Lion piss !

Cats hate being sprayed with water so give it a good wake up call using a bike pump. Or leave the cover wet

Tony's idea is more fun though

Apparently you have to get rid of the small completely to stop them coming back to the same spot - wash the area with biological washing powder (the stuff with enzymes in it) or one of the proprietary odour removing sprays you can get (rug doctor or urine off, things like that).

I still (purr-fur) prefer Tony's Idea, batter the crap out of them...

It's bad enough having to clean the bike four times a year whether it needs it or not without getting into a daily regime of cover washing before I go to work.QUOTE(TonyDevil @ Mon 8th Feb 2010, 11:45 AM) <{POST_SNAPBACK}>under that cover which the bike has heated is a nice safe dry area for the moggy, it prolly has a piss when it wakes up in the morningget one of those nerf baseball bats, the foam kind and sneak out there in the middle of the night and batter any spaces under the coverthe cat wont forget it, you'll get ur aggression out and the foam bat wont damage your bike :good:everyones a winner Brilliant I'm really warming to this one .
