Don't know owt about Campervans but can go equipped with instructions from thee as what to check and a camera, I work at Jct30 of the M1 so it's only 5 minutes.
Let us know,

Edit: Only if you can't find a grown up of course, won't be offended

Only thing I know about campervan prices is their out of my range looks ok from pics though gotta be worth further investigation!

That looks a really good price at first sight but points to note are:

- is it a conversion on a well used Fiat Ducato van with X00,000 miles of local delivery work already on the clock - or was it bought new as a campervan
- who did the conversion?
- how good are they?
- what else needs doing?
- what is mileage?
- has it been used as a campervan?
- is there a warranty?
- has it had any safety checks done on conversion?

It strikes me that if it was conversion on well-used van - the price may not be so brilliant.

Things like the safety of the heating and water systems may be worth checking out at a local caravan/motorhome dealer

We have a 56 reg Adria Van M (below) - equivalent, brand new, will be well over 30k now, so looks like you could have bargain - if the job is well done

herewith example of dealer prices (you've no doubt looked at these already but just in case):

this may be useful source of info as well

I hope this may be of some help

Best of luck

" 07 Reg Fiat Ducato Maxi 160 Camper Van Conversion, 22,000 miles, 1 owner, 4 berth, full oven, fridge, toilet etc. It requires a few odds and ends to finish it off. Please note this is not a £30,000 camper, but is excellent value at £13,500. "

Van Conversion, not a true campervan.

I used to live in Blyth, just up the road. Got wet walking back across the causeway a number of times when I was a wee nipper.
