Technical Help Please
As the pilot and episode 2 of CB550 was so well received, I was thinking of producing a follow up mini series revealing the communications between Aspire Classic Restorations and myself to keep you all up to date, yes he has actually replied! Master Mechanic and TV personality Peter Thorne will play himself and I will play the part of Mug Punter. What I would like to know is can I somehow post up here the e-mails I am sending and receiving. If I can then could you explain in words of one syllable or less how to do it, think retarded monkey! Thanks.

For screenshots simply hit "print screen" (usually after the F1-12 keys) then open something like paint and click paste then save as .jpg so you can upload to forum posts, keep personal stuff off screen though.

While it's in paing you can always get rid of private email address and the like with a splodge of colour.

When right clicking in the reply box if you don't get a paste option but get [attachment=o13350] toggle this switch and try again. [attachment=o13351]

on pc; highlight the text and cntr + C , then Cntr + V for paste. mac is similar but uses CMD + C etc

screen shot is just shift + Prnt scr and saves as a photo so you need to crop out any personal details

Mac is shift + CMD + 4 for selective screen print

Copy and paste into word processing doc....then save, so you have a copy outside of your email system.

Remove your email address anywhere from the copied text. Unless you want everyone including any spammers to know it.

Then copy again and paste in the desired location.
Doin valve clearances? Use dappers valve shim exchange program and the job will be carroty - Free (other than you postin me yer shims) for sporting members.
If you don't know how to copy and paste, just search google for 'how to copy and paste'.  It really is the easiest method of explaining how to do it.  Lots of youtube vids to show you how to do it Chris. :good:
