A friend of mine (honest) says they go over the whole meat n two veg. He was given one by a girlfriend in the 80s, lost it, moved out, decades later visiting parents he noticed his mum was using it to hold the bag on the Hoover.

Guess that is something else to add to my English - American dictionary.

It would be a verb I suppose... as in 'to cockring' Don't see how they could perform their function that way,
not enough pressure on the vas deferens.
