You too go out looking for scalps to take
Just hope you laugh as loud as I do as I go past them Also shout "Why are you riding that" sometimes...
I had my first scalp today. I know I had a plastic fantastic behind me but I lost him just on correct overtaking and positioning on bends. He just disappeared. I wasn't even speeding because I was practicing for my RoSPA Gold

I had my money on you
My name is Paco, a 29 years old spanish living in Edinburgh. Last summer my childhood dream was made true. I finally got myself a motorbike. With very very limited riding experience i decided to go for a second hand black tdm900-05. I have been checking Carpe as a visitor, but never dared to post anything. I always check it after a ride out, in case that somebody spot me and mention my bike on tdm spotting section, which would give me a reason to introduce myself. But as i don't ride very often, i think i better introduce myself. I often see a few tdms in Edinburgh (the instructor from 2wheels always shops in the news agents at liberton, where i live; the blue 900 which is parked nearly everyday at the shore; a 850 in Milton Rd east going towards town in the mornings...) I always keep an eye for you guys, but im in my cage most of the times. You might see more of me around here, cos not having a clue about mechanics + my riding skills + the fact that english is not my first language, means that i can struggle even to check the oil level of the bike... (not joking! ) so might scream for help!
Gracias,
Paco.
P.D.: Can anybody give me an alternative to the Yamaha Dealer to service my bike in Edinburgh or near by? A reliable garage, which could stamp the book , but not rip me off...

What's the verdict on servicing, guys - Carrick Yamaha and mention friendship with Emmett or dandywarhol? ?
well, let's make it a united nations of TDM welcome.
the german pig says hello to the spanish tdm rider in edinburgh.
hola, como estas?
and don't worry, the oil level does not care, which language is spoken. on th elong run, you'll end up speaking carpedian with an wicky accent
if you have been lurking for a while you will already know english isn't the first language of most people on carpe.
