Think I'm paying around £200 TPFT for the TDM. 6 points don't help though

Got mine down to £93 fully comp inc roadside recovery at the NEC this year compared to my previous broker of £118 TPFT
Try Devitt got mine down too.........

For my 37yr old 6ft6in self and my 1992 TDM and 1990 Gixer 750L fully comp with Full no claims too <!--sizeo:3--><!--/sizeo-->£120<!--sizec--><!--/sizec-->!!

They did want £200 but when i said that my current insurer was only £190 the went away and came back with £120 yes I did fall of my chair and quadrupled checked what they was true and it was...

Give'em ago it might be worth it.
My Super Modded TDM has gone to a new home Sad

I'm now a carbon whore!

Finally worked out how to reduce my insurance.
Move out of this country.
I use Direct Choice online. Just got my renewal quote for 2008 for fully comp with no claims protection at £135, this is for the 900 and also my Duke 750SS so as you can imagine I'm pleased.
'73 Honda CB500 Four, Royal Enfield Interceptor 650 and Triumph Tiger Sport 660.
insurance renewel came thru
phoned bennetts to check some of the details as the points line was mixed up on the form with the accident

3 bikes(all modifications/changes reported to the insurers) on same policy with Bennetts
best quote they can do £336.38 TPFT for 27yr old rider with a points conviction & 2 accidents
but...the extras
legal cover £25.99
bikeguardplus £59.00
Personnal Accident cover £24.99
Helmet & Leathers cover £48

online quote with carols gash
£248.51 inc legal & breakdown cover
thats over £180 difference

get back on the phone to bennetts and askthem to price match
they say best we can do is £255 inc legal & breakdown, so i pay the extra for personal accident and drop the leathers cover
fine i'll take that, for the sake of under a tenner difference i'll stay with those that have been helpful

note to my elf: get a quote for carol&her gash everytime renewal comes in.....

Can we have it soon, I'm 29, but I'll be turning a grand OLD 30 in july
Bennetts Renewal price £306.37

Best so far Bike Quote Direct (via thebikeinsurer.co.uk) £188.57 TPFT
£200 compulsory excess dont think this includes legal though

Being an official Old Git I can't join in the youngest rider competition and my insurance is now so low I didn't change insurers at my renewal this year for the first time - I stuck with eBike at £140 Fully comp which includes home and relay breakdown cover. It would have been £125 if i hadn't had the laser tecs and power commander fitted.
I've also got the car covered with them and was surprised when I used their breakdown service today that the RAC turned up - to buy this alone online is over £100.
<del>1999 Gilera Runner 125SP</del>, <del>2002 Piaggio X9 250</del>, <del>2004 Bandit 600</del>, 2005 TDM 900, <del>2007 Honda CB1300S</del>, <del>2008 Tiger 1050, </del>1996 Triumph Sprint 900, 2006 Tiger 955i, 2018 Triumph Tiger Sport,  2023 Triumph Tiger 900, XJR1300, 2011 (2009) TDM 900,

Farkles - Laser Duo Techs, MTC Stainless Exhausts, Laser Duo Techs, Power Commander and custom map, Tenere 1200 Handguards, Yamaha Heated Grips, MRA Vario screen, SW Motech Alurack,  Givi and Hepco and Becker top boxes, Givi Engine bars, Garmin Zumo XT
If I renewed mine now I would have to pay £125 for fully comp with 3 years N.C.B. inc recovery but not legal cover as I am a member of RSS (Rider Support Services). Which is roughly what I pay now for TPFT with 2 years N.C.B.

But if I still had my old Varadero 125 I would have to pay nearly £250 for fully comp with the 3 years N.C.B..... where's the logic in that?
