sorry I don't know that panel, how is it not lined up

it's not my time to go, it's not my time to die
the last thing I want is for my family to cry
The panel is not TDM it has a crack in it the crack is not lined up.

What I am after is what the repair is.

Melted in metal mesh, maybe?

I did similar repairs on some KLE fairing parts. Plastic flyscreen mesh and araldite.  You may be able to lift it with a scraper, it would be a lot of work.  Another option could be to use a blade to cut the mesh following the crack. The adhesive is probably in the actual crack but the bodywork should be flexible enough to break the adhesive if it is gently flexed.  Good luck.
Looks very similar to thin aluminum repair mesh from Halfords & possibly Isopon P40 filler as the holding agent, I used both repairing the side panels on my 850.
