Doin valve clearances? Use dappers valve shim exchange program and the job will be carroty - Free (other than you postin me yer shims) for sporting members.

the wires Agila refused to start today, i recon its the crank sensor as i can smell fuel.



I'll try and get a obd on it when i've rested a bit more as I'm in agony ATM

See if you can see the rev counter juddering when cranking.

Good job on the Bowel bomb drewps, lying in bed with no excercise and morphine got you all bunged up, it's prolly even better than sex at your age mucka  Lol

Taken sparks out and one was rusted inside the threads. must have a head gasket leak, but that shouldn't stop the other cylinders from firing though as they are fine.

 

Got fuel coming out the end of the fuel rail Schrader valve. Just need to check sparks but I need to do in stages so I can rest.


Might be a scrap job anyway as buying a new car, mrs only does 3 miles a day so electric is perfect

got it started by removing the sparks and putting easy start in there. I noticed the sparks were very weak so ordered a new coil pack and we'll see how that goes. The coil pack was only £20 as some of the packaging was missing.

Normally those coils packs just go down on one cylinder but there's always a first time.

New big end to be fitted as well, those push bikes are well dangerous. good luck with the repairs.
