Drewpy Update
Jeez - that's style. Good luck with mending.
Sounds horrific that...get well soon. Friend of mine once claimed in their home insurance for a bicycle accident. Might be worth checking.
For where your treasure is, there will your heart be also.
So I have to wait more than 6 weeks for a ride report then!!?
Doin valve clearances? Use dappers valve shim exchange program and the job will be carroty - Free (other than you postin me yer shims) for sporting members.
Get well soon

Thanks guys, still another 3.5 weeks before I can stand.

Taking forever

Sounds stupid maybe, but my mum swore by laughing for pain distraction/ relief. Her thing was Laurel and Hardy on Youtube.

Heat pads may also help as heat detecting nerves are faster than pain detectors and the brain will favour the heat signal.

Not sure laughing would be so good with broken ribs....

😲😲 Ouch!!! Stick to motorised 2 wheelers, much safer. Wishing you a full and speedy, Drewpy.👍
Two wrongs dont make a right but three rights make a left.

Now that is a good point - rebreaking ribs with laughter is not progress.
