Tried a different route out...whoops the rutts were so deep the enjun kept wedging against the sides....got stuck a few times but was a right laugh.

Doin valve clearances? Use dappers valve shim exchange program and the job will be carroty - Free (other than you postin me yer shims) for sporting members.

Everything needed raising dabbers. It was proper funny .... If I'd got stuck completely that woulda been fun trying to gerrit out!!!



Tent is just a cheapo Gelert single skin. Just camera angle makes it look tall. I have gelert 1 man that is mega 2piece. This one crap but fine for a night or two.

Hi guys long time no post 

Had a weekend away with my lads and a couple of mates

Didn’t cover to mainly miles a mere 400+ but totally enjoyed

stayed near Settle 

ride outs were mostly on back roads planned by my eldest 

Have got a couple of photos but won’t load up must be my age

passed my Mod 5 today on the IAM roadsmart course. next is my test  :unsure2:

Cheers chaps, bike really shines on the back roads but if i'm honest there were times i wished furra little more ooph on such a big mile day out, only in the morning though, funnily enough going out, probably a little impatient to get to Wales, on a sidenote though, seems to me all drivers on all roads are just slowing down.. Was a mega day  :good:

Wot no full boxes on like the GS crowd ?
Can't have been much of an adventure without aluminium boxes.

Looks like a good pootle indeed, no pootling for me for a couple of weeks as currently sat on me boat moored at southwold, gonna head down to shotley tomorrow and into the deben after.
