Got to 4.38s and boy does he make the message looooooong. Anyhoo, can't see how restricting mph on ALL roads would make the roads any safer AT ALL !  He does sound like a political activist type o guy so maybe he's being overly pessimistic ?  Either way, can't see me ever owning a 2024 or newer bike or car. I got to 38seconds and realised I would have to find out some other less tedious way. So ta SR ʘ‿ʘ
Doin valve clearances? Use dappers valve shim exchange program and the job will be carroty - Free (other than you postin me yer shims) for sporting members.
