engine changed july 20
07 on a dyno run it made
79.1BHP / Torque 59.9 Had a brief flirtation with a 1999 MKIIa but it blew an exaust valve on the M5 so was sold on to be repaired.

That ad caught my eye. The original owner did 650 miles on it and it was then laid up for 19 years. Unbelievable.
2004 900 - Blue with lots of goodies
2012 900 - Still adding shiny bits. Was black, changed to white and now back to black again.

I would be concerned about the condition of the tyres for a start, battery, brakes (especially the fluid), dry cables, the dreaded rear shock pivot, regardless of the Uber low mileage covered it would need a major recommissioning job to be on the safe side me thinks. Has the motor been spun over regularly? Has the engine oil ever been replaced ? Lots to think about before jumping on that and riding off into the sunset ! ð¤

ya private group so join up or look at the screen shot above. I quizzed he on the status of the boike, New fuel pump fitted by Fowlers and it had the TPS recall done at the same time, fuel tank rust would be my concern too. Think i'd rather a used bike that had more frequent use as the cam's may have 'dried' out unless the enjun was run up every now and den plus the valve stem seals may be an issue too.Â
