I thinking about selling one of my bikes and ALL my TDM spares.

I have owned TDM's for 10 + years ( think there is a join date by my name since then!)

I started with an 2002 bike on 19k milesÂ
I then bought a crashed 2012 bike with only 900 miles (Front end written off)
Â
I swapped the 900 mile engine into my 02 bike at 81k miles the bike now has 105k. I also put a lot of other parts from the 900 mile bike on it.
Â
Because of the ULEZ I had to stop using the 02 bike (about 2 years ago)

I bought a 60k mile 2010 bike which i have been using since. (This is not for sale)

I always planned to do something with my original bike but it has just sat in the garage.
Â
The sump will need fixing, It started to drip oil from the drain plug I thought I'd nip it up fo fix and it damaged the thread.
Â
I feel I need to get rid to clear the space.
Â
The 02 bike is partially stripped down it will not take much and all the parts are there. I may put it together for the right price but honestly I'm looking for someone to take it as is.

WHAT I'm actually selling

2002 TDM with 105(ish) k miles (engine has done 25k)
Tyres are very good PR4s I believe, It reasonable condition especially for the age/mileage.

81k mile engine it overdue the valve check and it was getting a little tappy otherwise running fine.

All the spares I have accumulated over the years There is a lot included everything off the 900 mile bike, the front wheel/front suspension,fairing,exhaust and frame were trash but the rest was excellent condition.

the highlights include.
Â
Complete excellent condition rear subframe complete with seat plastics etc.
Fuel tank is almost immaculate condition, but has a small bulge and crack in the paint.
900 mile dash/rear shock that really to look brand new. I have a loom/ECU too, although I think the ECU has a cracked casing. I do not know it it works but when I turned the ignition on the dash displayed as usual.

I have not sold anything from the 900 mile bike anything that wasn't trashed and binned either went on the 02 bike or is present

I have I have a spare fuel pump and seat (so you get 3 in total) loads of Screens pegs/levers etc.

I have boxes of spares a loads of odds and sods. There is loads of stuff.

I am not planning on keeping anything TDM that isn't on my 2010 bike.

I'm firm on the price or £2500 for the lot. I think that is a good deal considering the volume of parts.

I think the only thing the new owner would need to buy to have a running bike is fluids and a battery. and you would have ££££ worth of spares.

I will NOT be posting any parts, out so please don't ask. I will take collection offers on any bigger parts and adjust the bundle price accordingly but primarily I want to shift it as a job lot.
Should say the majority of the parts listed in my signature are now on the bike I'm keeping.
