This seems like a rare opportunity to meet up with you guys, on a day which promises to make the ride down to Ollerton a pleasure.

 

I may not make it for 9.00 but I should be there before you leave.

2008 TDM900 in beautiful black.  Fender extender, after market Bullster touring screen, radiator guard, RM-G crash bars, 12V/USB socket, Oxford heated grips, Bagster tank cover, centre stand, E22 Givi panniers, standard exhausts. Beautiful Acerbis hand guards.

 <p>2015 Honda Crosstourer Highlander dct. Fabulous bike, but getting heavier as I age. The 9er is its replacement, eventually.

You might be in for a bit of a shock as I've added a deflector to it. I'm not sure about it, but we can discuss it tomorrow.

Doin valve clearances? Use dappers valve shim exchange program and the job will be carroty - Free (other than you postin me yer shims) for sporting members.

Had a proper chinwag session today.  3 mk1's, 4 9'ers, a car and a Harley present.  Smile  Great to meet friends old and new and put faces to names. :good:

Glad we had an early meetup as it got really busy after 10am with a constant (slow moving) queue for takeaway and limited seating space available.  Saw a Guzzi V85TT, lovely looking bike and I want one.  Totally forgot to take any pics. Huh

Can't help but get the spanner's out, zzza's chain was so tight Nigel Kennedy could have played a symphony on it. Done by some garage apparently. Rallyist helped, we have to help new member's he will become a supporting member in return.

Nice day starting with a deserted run down to Ollerton.

Grand turn-out.

Few faces I'd met and some I still haven't.

 

Slimline Gdogg was in sparkling form and looked in top health (wot shows looks is deceiving).

 

Tools returned by SR - ta kindly.

 

Saus & bacon bun  + coffees on Bill  Ta. Extra coffee by SR  :good:

 

@Studley - called for a pint on the way home - bet you can't guess where :rotflmmfao:

 

300 miles in all.

 

Oh and lots of plod in camera cars n vans - painted black
