Was obviously well overweight before, was a bugger at first feeling hungry an all that but no probs now, I try to walk at least two miles a day.

Heaps of fresh veg (green & orange only  ) instead of bread and chips a big help - sod all calories.

Fresh fruit as a snack instead of crisps & chocolate :hide: or dare I say cake !!!

I recommend full synth 0w/30 oil ? Can take extreme pressures without film breakdown, well that's what it says on the can.
