That looks to be way out east j. I guess you have severe winter and tropical summer ?

Doin valve clearances? Use dappers valve shim exchange program and the job will be carroty - Free (other than you postin me yer shims) for sporting members.

Nice photos. Yes I know of Belarus, but the closest I have been is Warsaw, many years ago. It's a country I'd like to visit for sure. Maybe next time I'm in Poland. Those churches don't look Orthodox to me, are they Catholic?

Yes. This is Catholic. This summer on my trips I met Catholic churches more often. But we have both confessions.
There are more Catholics in the western part of the country.

Looks nice around there. Wanted to trip the old east at some stage. Had not considered it. Rethink!
Oh, by the way. Are you talking Borodino 1812 earlier on? History tells me the Frenchy won that one. Tactically, at least.

Borodino was in Moscow region of Russia. And French army won it. You are right.
I told about combat near villages Bryli and Studenka on territory modern Belarus in 15-26 november 1812. French army croossed river Berezina.Â
I don't know exactly all details (i am not hystorian :-)), but I read it was very important combat for this war. French army lost 50000.
