What Have You Done To Your Tdm Today?
Got my new Avon Storm 3D X-M front tyre fitted and a wheel balance.  Surprised to find it only has 4mm tread depth, doesn't seem a lot. :unsure2:  Rear Avon is meant to have a wopping 8mm of tread.
Yep - those numbers are both right SR

Pulled the TDM out of the shed. Bit of dust n stuff covered but all looking good apart from the right hand fork leg, pitts galore. Think it'll scrape through this year but will def need attention later. Gave it an oil change anyway.

i took the old girl for her first mot whilst i owned her 4tx2 850 1998 she sailed through no problems with no advisorys

Took for an MOT, tester/owner made me a cuppa and passed the bike .... result.

Just been looking over mine as well as change the HID back to standard. One leg of the forks is pitted in a few spots where the other shows no signs at all.

Don't know what all that's about but it's going to get costly.

Didn't like the HID?

Not 100% on this but it's now a MOT fail.

Given the choice I'd stick with it as the headlight is pants with H7.

Passed it's MOT today, tester said he's seen much worse when looking at the pitts in the fork leg, I'll get it sorted anyway.

Rode to work and back, renewed the tyres and check fluids again. Loved it! Missed riding it so much! And now its a naked bike, it feels a lot better!
