Couldn't have been more helpful. 

Following last months little tumble, I decided it really was time to replace leg armour.

I ordered wrong product, twice. They had replacements back to me in record time.

Most recent. I posted back on Mon24th, I had proper replacement this morning. 

90% of the time it takes over a week for a package to go just one way.

Similar experience here, always very helpful i find, same attitude in the shop as well, very customer focused  :good:

Who ya gonna call?
Doin valve clearances? Use dappers valve shim exchange program and the job will be carroty - Free (other than you postin me yer shims) for sporting members.

+1 :wifgeni: , I bought a pair of "waterproof" Sidi boots from them. Exchanged twice under warranty, no problem, and in the end they gave me a refund when the third pair leaked after a couple of months. Couldn't have been more helpful  :good:
