I'm planning to go, not 100% sure which day yet, probably Saturday, anyone else up for it?. Brekkie at Let's Eat on the A49 south of Warrington and maybe back via the Peak District (with cake stop). Details of the show here.
Final update on this. Pete & I are meeting at Let's Eat Cafe - anyone else want to join us? Full address is Tarporley Rd, Warrington WA4 4EZ at 08:30. Dave, does that suit you, or do you want to meet us somewhere else en route or meet us at the show? Danny, meet you there if you make it all that way?
Another great Classic Show. Good to see Danny and Mrs Danny, as well as Bathy and Big Dave. No-one seemed to notice the rather coincidental juxtapostion of "Matlock" and "Bathy" on the same day out .... " Matlock Bath?" Oh dear ...

Anyway here are a couple of pictures, many more on my Facebook page ...Â

I tend to like the utilitarian as well as performance design over the years. DMW company is fascinating .. set up by the guy who invented the swinging arm. Like so many others, they finally went under at the end of the 60s
If anyone has a look at these shots, you might want to check out rear suspension in pics 14 and 15. This (allegedly) from the company led by inventor of swinging arm in motor cycles ...
T'was indeed a great day, some incredible bikes and some less incredible ones - some real piles of rust being offered for £££££££  . Was good to see some fellow Carpedians and thanks to Pete for his company and navigation and Clare (Pete's far better half) for the butties and cake. I'm not totally sold on fruit cake & cheese together though  . And by the way, even on the130+ BHP Crosstourer, I still couldn't keep up with Pete over the PeaksÂ
