Alig's 2016 Fettle Day - 20Th March
TDM ownership offers no end of romantic moments in dark usually freezing garages 😃
As usual there was plenty of activity around this table. Especially as it wasn't very warm, so teas and hot rolls were needed.

Doin valve clearances? Use dappers valve shim exchange program and the job will be carroty - Free (other than you postin me yer shims) for sporting members.
Quote:so you have problems in the right hand ignition system, go looking for dodgy connectors or it could be the coil is breaking down when hot. Try cleaning the mount points of the coil and both terminals, the ht side needs a good earth. Sounds like the ht output is getting weak so when the plug get a bit past it it's not strong enough to spark it.

Pattern part is only 20 squids

Happy to report that following the RH coil replacement and wrapping the HT leads, the bike never missed a beat in 175 miles yesterday. Cheers Lee.
There are those who type a lot, and then there are those who ride a lot.
:good: well done, fixed it.
