Food was absolutely scrumptious, PV does'nt have to be a bikers tent per say, some have a 4 man tent, others a 2 and Markymark uses a big envelope Â Â bring anything as your only schleppin it there and back, if you were touring for a couple of weeks something smaller is more ideal.

Quote:If anyone is umming & ahhing over this, I can heartily recommend the weekend - great company, great rides, great beer :drinks: , great food and snoring on a world-class level . A G2G is a great chance to meet up with fellow Carpadians and talk crap with them for hours.Â
Â
Oh and Dave, I have noticed your slur on yellow 900s in your sig. Can you remove it now that you've sold it to a man who can recognise the sheer brute power advantage a yellow one has over all other colours :punishment:
Unfortunately I can't make it as I don't get back from my annual hols until Tuesday 19th July, so the turnaround time is a bit too tight for me.Â

Dablik's tent is big enough for 2. :giveusahug:
Â
Deffo go for one that has a lining, otherwise you'll wake up with a face full of condensation. I'm sure you'll find some tent info on here using the search facility.

If you are going for a weekend away you will need a two man as a one man hasn't got enough room to swing a cat round, whe I go away for a week I take a supposedly 3 man what a joke tent makers stretching a point

Yes not nice at all, was going to come but saw my orthopaedic consultant today he is going to try to do my left knee shortly, its problematic due to the damage I did to it in 1962, so best I can hope for is a day visit like last year.
