Excellent And Fast Service From M & S Motorcycles.

I just wanted to praise this shop. I ordered my new grips from them yesterday at 11:53 am, They arrived today at approx 10:00am. Not only were the grips cheaper than anywhere else, including E-bay, but they were also free postage AND dispatched by courier!

 

Their communication was also the best I've ever received, e-mails and texts to inform me of "order received", "order dispatched" etc etc.

 

I'm very impressed that at this time of year not only did they deal with my order as fast as possible but to also send it by courier for free is exceptional customer service.

I had a similar experience with them about 9 years ago. I needed a ducati oil filter tool & phoned them up.

They had one in stock but it was ordered for a customer. They said they would contact him as he had not enquired about it for over a week.

They said they would call me back. I gave them my no.

They called me back, I paid for it over the phone &  the tool popped through my letterbox the next day.

I wouldn't go there to tyre kick though. They make it very very easy to buy a bike. Believe me :blush2:
