I was at the "St Georges Day" Jousting Tournament on Saturday (at Lithgow). Good to watch. The Aussies beat the Kiwi team.
Sod it , I hate the English , bloody arrogant, Ignorant imbeciles (and YES im English... unfortunately)
wouldnt celebrate anything about this country thats why i wont buy a triumph made in England

admiteddly emmett i do like the look of the new "Tiger" but as i say the "made in England" badge
puts you right off, especially when you know thatll youll spend most of the time at the side of the road
waiting for a very very nice man... to pick you up and cart you off to the nearest dealer
We spoke to a fella in car park at D&K just picked up his new tiger and the steering lock didnt
work the bloody thing was brand new English Workmanship......No thank you...

I liked the first Speed Triple and probably should have bought one, instead I bought a 900 Trophy. Six months later I traded it on a BMW, the damn thing scraped its exhaust system all over the road on any bumpy corner (which we have heaps of) when riding with a bit of 'spirit' and loaded panniers. 5 seconds per lap slower around Eastern Creek than my old K100 as well. It had to go. The headlights that stayed on whether the bike had the key in or not is another story. Nice Green though.

Don't get me started... I just promised to try to avoid making lim'ricks for a while.
I got nothing against the English (some of my relatives were English, and Scots too), and I think the Triumphs are cools bikes and I actually did a 6th grade report on Triumph TR7 for economics class (it beat out the Nisson 250Z car for that year).
