Bike Mount /waterproof Case For Tom Tom/sat Nav
I bought one of these for £5.50 plus £2.99 postage from Ebay to use my car sat nav /Tom Tom on the bike during my trip to Luxembourg next week.  Its reasonably made for something so cheap, but unfortunately the plastic cover is too reflective and this makes it very difficult to see the sat nav in bright light so can't reccomend it unless you only travel at night!

Oh well, its back to map reading for me and I'll use the sat nav for back up only if (when) I get lost

I had the same problem and followed the advice of others and simply cut a square in the front, making it readable in sunshine. If it rains, I just put a freezer bag over the unit, to prevent the ingress of water..
2004 900 - Blue with lots of goodies

2012 900 - Still adding shiny bits. Was black, changed to white and now back to black again.

I used a similar Givi case last year. Same issue with glare and not waterproof at all without the rain cover! Painful!

My solution was mounting it higher ( on a bar on my Palmer bracket ) to angle it down and Gaffa Tape over the sip. Did the trick.

Don't waste money on the Givi, no better than the cheapy. Tried both.

Another solution to waterproof navigation is a waterproof tellingbone. Also means one less device to lug aboot.
