That's good advice from a miserable old git. Thanks Graham.

based on previous posts in this thread and a conversation with Dom an executive decision has been made.
Â
The meeting will be held on the first weekend in July - Sat 4th and Sun 5th, with an option to arrive Fri 3rd if you wishÂ
Â
Dom says the site should be licensed to sell alcohol in the next couple of weeks, he plans to have a few local ales on as well as your usual lagers etc.Â
Â
Â
There is no shortage of camping space and he is able to lock the gates in the mid evening to improve security wrt the bikesÂ
Â
I asked about catering and he says he would have no problem catering for a dozen or so people at one sitting.
Â
It all looks very promising.
Â
For the facebookers amongst us    <a class="bbc_url" href="https://www.facebook.com/groups/DomsBikeStop/?fref=ts">https://www.facebook.com/groups/DomsBikeStop/?fref=ts</a>
Â
For those of you who want B+B, I'm afraid the organisation of that is up to yourselves.Â
Â
The White Lion Inn currently has 2 three bedroom suites available on Booking.com
Â
Can we please start collating a list of attendees so that I can keep Dom up to date with the numbers
Â
Thanks
Â
Dave
Sounds good, put me down for camping if there is still room on the camp site.
Cheers

No problem Martin
Â
there is plenty of camping space at Dom's. I've already sent Dom the deposit and he is happy to accept extras without any further deposit.
Â
I'll catch you around

Hi Dave & fellow TDM riders,
Â
Sorry for not posting earlier, my mistake for not visiting "Carpe" for a few months . Is there room for a fat bloke on a KTdM ??
Â
I'll be camping if there are any spaces left.
Â
Cheers Daz

Depending what time the early morning meeting is possibly. I just need to see closer to the time if I can come, but would love to join the event.

Wait for Dave to confirm, but would think around 9-9:30 for setting off from the campsite.
MotoGuzzi Norge 1200GT. for Euro touring
Triumph Street Triple. For those hooligan moments......
Beta Alp 200. For falling off In muddy bits.
I suffer from C.D.O. It's like O.C.D. but all the letters are in the correct order, just as they should be.

thinks Paul has got the timing about right. We'll probably aim for a set off time of 9.00 which will inevitably result in being ready at 9.30

Well that was a fruitless visit. Doms was closed when I arrived. Some fantastic roads though. :badgerrock:

Be good to know who and how many are attending.
