Right chaps everyone has been in touch. I spoke to Dom yesterday and everything is OK at his end. He even suggested putting on a bit of entertainment for us on the Saturday (we left that in obeyance for the time being !!!).
I asked Dom if it would be OK for the hotel dwellers to leave their bikes in the locked compound overnight. He is more than happy for that. So if you would like to store your bike in a more secure area the offer is on the table. Dom reckons it's a 10 minute walk to Leominster from the site, but taxis can be arranged with no bother.
I've already posted a suggested route for the Saturday but this is not cast in stone. I have to say I don't know the area at all and my route is an almalgamation of suggestions from various sources. If someone else who knows the area a bit more intimately would like to offer to lead a ride out on a different route then I'm up for it.
This has the makings of a cracking weekend, let's hope the weather will be kind to us.

Ladies, Gents,
Â
Is there a cut-off point for registering for this ? I'm really keen to come down for this but my work movements aren't the easiest to plan in advance. Best case I could do would be around 3 weeks notice.
Â
Would that work ?Â
Â
Cheers

I'll put you down as a possible. I assume you'll be camping. Don't worry about a deposit. I've got sufficient funds from the other attendees to satify Dom (the owner). It would be good to see there.

Make sure you leave enough time to trade your TDM in before the G2G......
MotoGuzzi Norge 1200GT. for Euro touring
Triumph Street Triple. For those hooligan moments......
Beta Alp 200. For falling off In muddy bits.
I suffer from C.D.O. It's like O.C.D. but all the letters are in the correct order, just as they should be.
