When we went there on a CMC trip I seem to recall Wicky spent the day scoffing cake at the Owls nest while the rest of us went for a ride

right chaps, I've been on the phone to Dom this morning.
Â
The cost for camping is £10 pppn, this includes toilet facilities, showers, phone charging points and firewood for the open fires (although there will be a charge of £4 per bag of extra firewood, but this would only be required if the fire was likely to run after midnight)
Â
Day visitors to the site would be asked to leave before 10.00pm, this however will not apply to members of our group who are B+B'ing.
Â
There will be hot drinks, cooked food etc up until 9.30pm, the bar will be open until 11.00pm.
Â
Breakfast will be available from 7.30am.
Â
I would like to suggest that we all that we take advantage of the on-site food and drink.
Â
On the Saturday night the site will be being used as a checkpoint on the National Road Rally ( http://www.nationalroadrally.co.uk/2015/index.php), which should be interesting.
Â
Dom has asked if it would be possible for me to send a deposit. Given that everyone will be paying for themselves I am struggling to think of the best way to achieve this, any ideas ? Â I don't think not sending a deposit would be a deal breaker, but I appreciate Dom's dilemma in that if he gets a load of gear in then folk don't turn up because of bad weather it would leave him out of pocket.
Â
I will be speaking to him again in a couple of weeks, let me know if there is anything else you need clarifying.

If it's only a tenner a night each how much deposit does he want? Would it be a hassle to all send him a deposit? Alternatively if a few paid full price now it would give him enough of a total deposit.

Would be nice to see a price list for food & drink, also what's on offer on his website (not trying to be a party pooper).
As for deposit. I'm easy.
Now I just fly everywhere.
