Need help/advice from the 'administrators' please!

Logged onto my pc today and have received an email for every new topic that has started since I last logged onto this site yesterday?? I know we have just had an upgrade so am guessing I have just missed an instruction from you guys somewhere to turn something off??? Help??

One of those emails was about a new topic on this problem. Guiness thinks he fixed it. I haven't got an email about your post, so I gues he's right!
