Wemoto
Due to a recent unfortunate event, I found myself in need of a new clutch lever and left-hand-front indicator lens.

So: ordered the bits (plus an oil filter and O-ring) from Wemoto, and 7 working days later, the bike was back in it's proper working state. Excellent service and price, given that half the globe was spanned to get the parts here.

This is the first time I have used Wemoto for bits'n'pieces, and won't be the last (hopefully, not for similar reasons - I'd hate to be that stupid twice in a lifetime...).

Sounds like a similar scenario to me needing a new mirror.....

Or is still a bit wobbly down there?

I recently priced up parts from Wemoto UK & JP Parts in Japan, a pistoon from Wemoto was $237.53 NZ, JP, $141.95 NZ. I found it for as low as $94 on a Japan only sight but how do you order in Japanese?

Postage for gaskets, crank kit & pistoon kit was $30.

Hi Guys,

Nice to know there is some TDM'ers in NZ.  I came from ChCh orginally,  via Ak to Sydney and have ridden my 02 TDM here for 6 years...  A goos ource for TDM 850 parts is from the USA (they didn't take 900's) or from Canada via ebay.

Kia ora, HK,

Not wobbly so much these days (shit, as I post a 4.00 hits), more of a not paying attention (at an intersection) to the Landcruiser in fronta me moving off, and then stopping...handfulla brake and slip, slide, and over we go. On the upside, the Judges gave it a 9.9...

We use wemoto a fair bit and all good with quick delivery. Really useful to be able to purchase one off Banjo washers etc at 18p or whatever. Normally get plugs air filter and oil filter from them too
Hi ,

I used to buy things for my  KLE 500 from Wemoto and never had a problem with purchase or delivery .

:good: :good: :good:

WeMoto have expanded their website to have an Australian arm as well (wemoto.com.au). Service has always been top shelf and they seem to have the things we need - even for older bikes.

I drove from one end of NZ to the other in 1999 - I want to do something like that again but on a bike.  Only problem is that you have to do it twice (like that is a problem).  First time is for the sights - second time is for the roads Smile
