Thinking Of Breaking My Mk2A
It's disassembled at the moment as I was going to powder coat frame, but to be honest after the amount of work I put into the other project not sure I can face doing another at present.

All parts bar front brake system.

Any interest.

Engine is complete and a runner, done just under 35k.

Hagon shock in good condition.

Body work & tank complete with fuel sender.

Front forks (new seals May last year)

Good radiator.

I have the original clocks to go with engine, but also have another set which I have just bought that also match a 2000 frame HPI clear.

(Recently bought as my 01 was cat 'c' so as I was stripping down I decided to slot it into the other frame)

Mirrors, footpegs, Indicators, wiring loom. etc

If no interest I may have to muster the enthusiasm & rebuild.

No prices as just sounding out the interest.

Now I just fly everywhere.

Be yourself, because everybody else is taken.

Gone to new owner.

Black Mk2a

PipeWerx Exhaust, Gold Spots, Goodridge Hoses, Scottoiler,Oil Pressure Indicator, Nippy Normans fuze box,Touratech Handguards,Oxford Heated Grips, Power Socket, Hard Wiring for Sat Nav, Gear Indicator built into the rev counter. Givi E50 Top box & E21 side cases, Bagster Tank Cover & Bag.

Stop yer slacking Wolfie. Tongue

Doin valve clearances? Use dappers valve shim exchange program and the job will be carroty - Free (other than you postin me yer shims) for sporting members.
Mate, my other half aint to chipper at the mo, I have half a bike in my back bedroom (engine, tank & plastics etc, etc). Looking at the cost again not sure it's worth it as once I start I'll end up replacing so much like the white one. Coz that's the way I am.

Also feel the pull of the Blackbird again, so will probably be selling the white one also.

Now I just fly everywhere.

Be yourself, because everybody else is taken.

I remember the Blackbird discussion and were surprised you kinda changed yer mind as you seemed set on that.  Whatever happens we will always love you Wolfie.

Going down Sarf working for a coupla days, so wont be on here after tomorrow. It would appear that a rebuild may be on the cards. I will make a decision Saturday depending on interest.

Rolfie, sent you a pm about the shock, I'd be interested.depending on price. Tidy, Lee.
You going to break, need a coupe wee bits.?

Sorry no, I've started putting it back together, as there wasn't a lot of interest. I didn't want to shift a couple of bits & be left with a load sitting around.

The Blackbird dream is a thing of the past, arranged a test ride last Thursday, jumped on it right foot up onto peg & so much aching in my hip I couldn't even take it for a spin. So once the black un is rebuilt, sell them both & maybe get a 9'er or sell the black un & keep whitey.

Sorry to hear about the Blackbird not working out - at least you know what to do now!
