How To Get My Pics From Flickr To Here

I just cannot see how to get pics from my flickr page to here, so would greatly appreciate some advice please.
I presume you need the 'http.....jpg' link etc but be blown if I can find that on my [basic] flickr a/c.
I've given up trying any of the free hosting services, none seem to work.
Flickr used to be fine but I suppose they've altered it, to get more $$ no doubt...

Flickr -

1. from your photostream, click on the image to bring it up on screen.

2. right click the image and select large or medium640 or whatever the highest resolution is available on the menu.

3. from this image, right click again and select 'properties' from the menu.

4. select & copy the address (URL). It begins with http and should end in .jpg or whatever file type.

5. Go to composing a message in carpe and select the 'insert image' icon.

6. paste the copied address into the pop up box and click ok.

Job done [img]style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/smile.gif[/img]

If that fails then I suggest organising a peaceful demonstration in Belgium [img]style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/tongue.gif[/img]
