Nearly Got Splattered Again!

Following my incident about the Volvo calling me across and then carrying straight on, it only happened again the next time I went out, albeit not as serious..
Came up to a small village crossroads, very restrictive views all round but marked in my favour.
Old woman approaches driving red mini, from the right, slows down and stops.
I slow to about 20, toot and continue, she looks towards me , and then <b>immediately pulls out in front of me</b> ... [img]style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/ranting.gif[/img]
My best advice is if you're going up them Cotswold Hills, be very ****ing careful!!

Both my parents stopped driving a few years ago. My ol' man should've stopped a few years earlier truth be told. That sort of crap driving is simply unforgivable.

I think it's a tricky situation and your actions may have been interpreted differently by the ol dear. Yeah, I realise you tooted to make the driver aware of your being there, and that you slowed down as a safety precaution but, she probably read that as a gesture for her to pull out. Or she's a blind and deaf old bat that shouldn't be driving [img]style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/tongue.gif[/img]

Thats right.. If you had ridden quicker you would be 2 miles further up the road before the old bid had pulled out so therefore no danger to you!!
