I think he is saying "me, I use the tickover adjusting screw to adjust the tickover, I do".

I agree, I think what tipped me off was the comment that said
"I have a bike like this one, and it's always nice to see somebody teach you how to tune idle RPMs."

Wish I had one of those digital clocks in my tach.

Seriously, you can just about figure it out. Watch the video as you read this:

"This is where you adjust."
"Make sure its warmed up."
"Adjust the idle, blipping the throttle to make sure it returns to your setting."
"Turn off the camera, it's time for breakfast."
