I go up there 4-5 times in the year Tony and as Aircooled says as long as you don't go up round Conwy and the main roads then you just don't see them.

There are some stunning roads and places to visit. And the dutch pancake house is a place to behold mmmmmmmmmmmmmmm...................

Couple of plus points for wales

not as busy as the lakes/ cheaper accomidation/camping and food
less than an hour from holyhead (for the irish lads)
some of the best if not the best roads/views outside scotland http://maps.google.co.uk/?ie=UTF8&laye...058451&z=15
BTW if wales get's the nod can i help out?

I am in as well. Wales sounds good to me! More fun and better - bigger hills Suggestion for the lads from the east parts of the playground ( Travel through Peak District for some good roads )
Two roads diverged in a yellow wood,
And sorry I could not travel both
And be one traveler, long I stood
And looked down one as far as I could
To where it bent in the undergrowth;

I think I shall also be up for this. Can't speak for BD, but I'm sure he'd be too jellyarse to miss out.
Some stunning road in wales.

Rozzers only interested in the nutters speeding.

If you take it easy and enjoy it, theres no problem.

I would be up for it.
