Hi, another convert to TDMs. I,m Paul, wrong side of 50, and pick up my 2003 TDM tomorrow. I live in the Isle of Man, don't know if you have anyone else out here. Will probably be over in the next month to give her a run, and compare to my last bike (Ducati 750ss) Lovely bike, but it killed my wrists and shoulders after a couple of hours. Looking forward to meeting up at one of the events, see you soon.

Thanks for the replies, I've only done about 10 miles on a test run so far, hoping to have a good run tomorrow. I'll keep an eye out for the 'pool mets if possible. Will put some pics of the bike on tomorrow, just have to think of a name for her.

Hi, I'm over the west side of the Island, between Peel & Glen Maye. I put a marker on the map. I went out for the afternoon today, did about a hundred miles - what a difference to the duc, no aches or pains, should have got one years ago. Can't wait to go for a good trip on it, shall have to get my name down for one of the meets. heres a couple of pics, its only done 3600 miles. I'll hopefully have some luggage soon. All the best to everyone, be nice to put a face to some names at one of the meets.
