Did a charity event a few years ago, Rugby game, and raised it bit of dosh for Cancer Research. When things touch your life you've just got to get off yer arse and do something for the people who can help others less fortunate.

I did a charity cycle ride last september for Walking with Giants.

So I wrote the story up and posted it on the BBC My Story competition.

Its a bit sentimental and a bit OTT, but it was real.

But I need some votes to take it up the ranking.

If you can have a look and say you like it. The more people notice it the better for the charity.
